This cake was alternate layers of vanilla and chocolate sponge. The birthday girl loves her iphone I made an edible replica with an edible flower. The sketch to the front was from a photo of the special birthday girl made into an edible picture in a frame. The board was covered in fondant and a texture added to compliment the smooth fondant covering of this tall cake.
