Please note: you must be over 18 to attend.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend our classes and class sizes are limited to a maximum of 2 participants to ensure personalised attention and quality instruction.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and securing your place in a class requires full payment at the time of registration.

If a class reaches full capacity, you have the option to be added to a waitlist. When spaces in the class open up, they will be offered to individuals on the waitlist in the order they signed up.

Please be aware that our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, egg, milk, gluten and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any cake is entirely allergen free as cakes are baked in a home kitchen where allergens are present. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease – please do speak to me about ingredients in your cake before you book.

What exciting things will we do?
During this class, you will:

Decorate a beautiful 6-inch, four-layer round vanilla buttercream cake, pre-baked and ready for you to transform.

Learn how to level, fill, and stack your delicious vanilla sponge layers.

Crumb coat your cake to lock in crumbs, ensuring a flawless final decoration.

Apply a final layer of ganache and use a cake scraper to achieve a smooth, professional finish.

Master the technique of covering a cake with fondant.

Elevate your cake with professional finishing touches to impress at any occasion.
At the end of the class, you’ll receive a box to safely transport your masterpiece home, along with tips for secure transport.

Class Details:
Join us for a relaxed, interactive class lasting up to 5 hours. With a maximum of 2 students per class, expect a laid-back, enjoyable atmosphere as you learn new skills.
What's Included:
All materials, aprons, and ingredients are provided. Just bring yourself and a packed lunch. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
What to wear:
Dress comfortably in whatever you prefer. Please wear flat, comfortable shoes (no heels) and feel free to bring your own slippers for added comfort.
Post-Class Support:
Following the class, receive a handy hints and tips sheet summarising the day's lessons, empowering you to practice your new skills at home.
Final Details:
Please be aware that all classes are non-refundable once booked. If you're unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible, and we'll endeavor to fill your spot. Refunds will be provided if we successfully fill your space. Classes require a minimum of two attendees to proceed; we reserve the right to reschedule undersubscribed classes.
